DAVID LUDVIGSON
Mr. Ludvigson is a financial and operating executive, entrepreneur, and consultant, with over 35 years of international experience in life sciences and technology companies. His expertise encompasses finance, operations, general management, sales and marketing, and business development. He is a change agent/manager with a strong track record of developing, implementing and restructuring business models for growth companies. Mr. Ludvigson has concluded numerous successful strategic transactions including multiple acquisitions, corporate partnerships, technology and intellectual property licensing agreements, and OEM relationships and his financing experience includes venture capital, corporate, mezzanine, lease, bank credit line, LBO, IPO and secondary public sources. Mr. Ludvigson holds both a BA and MAS from the University of Illinois.
JULIE KNIGHT
Julie Knight is an experienced marketing professional having both held executive positions and consulted with many leading technology companies over the last 20 years. Highly focused on the linkage of marketing programs with sales efforts and revenue, her experience covers software, cloud, and network systems for established companies such as UNIT 4, SAP, Microsoft, and CISCO as well as emerging companies including Success Factors and Zendesk. Ms. Knight is skilled at bringing together marketing teams in support of corporate programs and priorities. Her experience includes “Go to market” programs, digital content, lead generation, communications, distribution channels, partner programs and sales integration projects. She received the Marketers that Matter award for Enterprise Marketing while at SAP and is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley.
